Incinerator bottom ash

Incinerator bottom ash (IBA), or simply bottom ash or combustion slag, is a product that is a residual product from incinerated waste. This material is difficult to process and is often used in aggregates that are used as foundations for road construction, for example. After combustion, this material still contains ferrous and non-ferrous metals that can be easily separated and recycled with TRS equipment.

Metals

Metals are recycled frequently. The metal mixes are delivered to the metal recycler, who can recycle and separate them further. In this way, more and more valuable metal fractions are created that eventually end up at the smelters and can be recycled endlessly. Examples of metal recycling processes are dry and or wet reprocessing methods. In both cases it is a process that works with various heavy and light separations with magnetic separations, inductive and optical separations.

Waste

Waste is a common denominator for many types of recycling materials. This can be household waste, industrial waste, plastics, and much more. Many of these streams often contain a significant proportion of ferrous and non-ferrous metals that can be easily separated for further recycling. 


TRS offers mobile installations such as the bunker feed, mobile eddy current, mobile sieve, mobile windshifter, and mobile inductive separators.

Wood

Wood is recycled a lot and has various classifications. A lot of wood is used for energy generation and as a raw material for, for example, the chipboard industry. If it is used for energy, most of the aluminum should be out because it sticks to the grids of the ovens. If the material is supplied to the chipboard industry, it must already be reasonably free of interfering substances such as ferrous and non-ferrous metals.
